Union Ultra White 2027 Snowboard Binding

The Union Ultra is a men’s snowboard binding built around a clear idea, improved board feel through a suspension focused construction. Union positions the Ultra as a binding where comfort, response, and impact absorption work together, rather than as separate elements. The result is a ride that feels smooth underfoot, with controlled rebound and a more connected response from baseplate to straps.

This 2027 version uses an asymmetrical mini disk baseplate layout and Union’s exclusive bushing technology, two key elements in how the binding manages flex and cushioning. The asymmetrical shape reduces excess material at the toe and heel, which allows increased torsional flex and a more direct sense of what the board is doing underneath. Union describes this as enabling 360 degree board flex and feel, giving the binding a more mobile and less restrictive platform.

On snow, the Ultra sits in a versatile position. It is designed for freestyle, all mountain, performance, and freeride use, with a stated flex rating of 6/10. That places it in the medium range, suitable for riders looking for a balance between support and forgiveness. The binding is light at 1.75 kg, which supports quick movement without pushing the setup into an overly stiff or aggressive category.

Union has also updated the binding with an all new highback design, using the S25 Duraflex ST highback and a new integrated 2-Stage FLAD. Combined with the S11 Duraflex ST baseplate, molecular bushing with TPE outsole, and extruded 3D aluminum heelcup, the package is aimed at riders who want comfort for longer sessions without losing precision when terrain or speed picks up.

The Ultra Mini Disk is compatible with 4x2 and Channel mounting systems. In this White colorway, the binding keeps the overall presentation clean while staying focused on technical function. Available sizes are M and L, with S listed as sold out.
