The construction is centered around the S9 Duraflex ST baseplate, which Union describes as delivering its highest levels of strength and energy transmission to date. Combined with an Extruded 3D Aluminum heelcup and S19 Duraflex ST highback, the overall setup is focused on direct board connection, structural durability, and consistent control. Underfoot, the Molecular Bushing Suspension System adds an additional layer to the ride feel and helps define the binding’s smoother overall character.
