At the core is the Stage 6 Duraflex CB baseplate, Union’s strongest and most responsive platform. Made from carbon-injected Duraflex CB nylon, it delivers lightning-fast energy transfer without adding unnecessary weight. The Forged Carbon heelcup, exclusive to the Falcor, provides unmatched torsional strength and durability in a critical area.

The Falcor Highback blends carbon and nylon for a unique balance of stiffness and flex. The asymmetrical shape gives precise control on the heelside while allowing a degree of lateral mobility for freestyle-inspired creativity in freeride terrain. This highback is designed to handle the most demanding conditions without sacrificing comfort.

Straps are optimized for both response and fit. The Exoframe 5.0 ankle strap distributes pressure evenly while locking the boot securely in place, and the TS 4.0+ toe strap adapts seamlessly to any boot shape for reliable hold. Both straps are lightweight, durable, and tool-free adjustable.

Underfoot, the Fused Vaporlite+ bushings cushion vibrations and absorb impacts without dulling board feel. This system maintains natural board flex and helps reduce foot fatigue during long days in mixed conditions.
