About Sims Snowboards:
It started with Tom Sims. Kelly and Kidwell fueled the flames, and Salasnek and Palmer burnt the house down. Today’s SIMS team reflects the diversity of the snowboarder. Jump the entire mountain like John Jackson, dodge the camera like Scott Blum, ride the deepest powder of your life, ride the iciest park in your life – it is what you make it, and whatever that is, we make a snowboard for it.
The Sims UAP 2024: TRADITIONAL CAMBERA single convex arc between the board’s contact points ensures predictable edge hold, load, and rebound as pressure is exerted and expelled throughout the rider’s turn.
Core: MOD 4A unique blend of poplar, bamboo and Paulownia wood in a balanced array, make this Core lighter, provide increased repulsion, increased strength and a lively feel
PREMIUM RACINGThis base utilizes a high-density, high-speed base material chosen for its molecular weight, which delivers unrivaled speed, excellent wear resistance, and increased wax permeability.
FLEXIBLE THIN TIPThis weight-saving technology reduces material in the board’s tip and tail, resulting in lighter swing weight which makes it easier and faster to spin and rotate tricks.
TRI-TEXThis is our most advanced matrix; a 3-way lay up that combines Light fiberglass at 90˚, 45˚, and -45˚ degrees, ensuring unquestionable pop, rebound, flex, and torsion in our highest performance boards.
DUAL X CARBONTwo X profile carbon layers underfoot reaching out into the tip and tail provide evolved pop, stability, and efficient power transmission edge to edge, making this construction one of our most versatile and responsive anywhere on the mountain.
