Norda 001A Cinder

The norda 001A in Cinder is engineered as an optimally cushioned ultra distance shoe, built with advanced materials for long-range performance and durability. Designed for mindful pursuits, it combines lightweight construction with mechanical resilience across varied terrain.

The upper is seamlessly woven from bio-circular Dyneema®, delivering exceptional abrasion resistance while maintaining minimal weight. Dyneema® is known as one of the world’s strongest and lightest fibers, providing structural integrity without added bulk. Integrated hi-vis reflective detailing ensures 360° visibility in low-light conditions.

Underfoot, the proprietary norda™ x Arnitel® TPEE midsole offers benchmark resiliency and long-term mechanical property retention. This custom thermoplastic polyester elastomer blend is engineered for energy return and support during extended efforts.

The shoe sits on an exclusive norda™ x Vibram® soleplate featuring Litebase® technology for reduced weight and Megagrip® rubber for reliable traction on both wet and dry surfaces. The 5mm lugs provide confident grip across technical terrain.

A custom-designed eTPU insole enhances energy absorption and return, while the norda™ Lock System with sock gusset construction improves fit and eliminates tongue movement. Diamond-pattern laces made from bio-based Dyneema® and recycled polyester increase abrasion resistance and durability.
