Forum Roost 2026 Snowboard
Beschrijving
The FORUM Roost Snowboard 159 is designed for riders who prioritise power, precision and confidence across the entire mountain. Built around a tapered directional shape with a setback stance and extended nose, the Roost is engineered to excel in freeride focused conditions while maintaining control on hardpack and variable snow. From early morning corduroy to deep powder days, this board is built to charge.
The tapered directional shape allows the board to naturally float in softer snow, reducing back leg fatigue and improving control in powder. A longer nose combined with a mellow tip profile keeps the board riding high in deep conditions, while the shorter, narrower tail provides quicker turn initiation and a more responsive exit from each carve. The multi radius sidecut enhances edge engagement through the turn, allowing the Roost to slice through tracked snow and uneven terrain with authority.
At its core, the Roost features the SuperSnap GnarLEcore constructed from poplar and beech. This combination delivers a strong, energetic platform that remains stable at speed while offering reliable rebound when driving through turns. The Flylight Plus reinforced triaxial fiberglass layup adds torsional rigidity and edge hold, supporting aggressive riding styles and maintaining composure in challenging conditions.
Booter Boosters carbon powered aramid struts are integrated to increase snap and stability under pressure. These reinforcements help the board respond instantly when loading the edge, absorbing impact on landings and maintaining control when riding fast or through choppy snow. The 5 to 6 mm camber profile further enhances edge contact and drive, giving the board a locked in feel when carving steep faces or firm slopes.
The Forumula8Pro high speed die cut sintered base delivers excellent glide and durability. Designed to hold wax efficiently, it maintains speed across long traverses and flat runouts while standing up to demanding terrain. A textured gloss topsheet improves handling and grip, while reflective logo stamps add subtle visual detail without compromising the board’s clean aesthetic.
With a flex rating of 8, the FORUM Roost 159 is built for experienced riders who want a board that thrives under pressure. It rewards confident input with stability, precision and power, making it ideal for freeride lines, steep terrain and riders who push hard across the mountain.
