It can be used on tubes that have a diameter of up to 80mm so will fit most modern bikes, and has integrated locks to secure the bike in the carrier and the carrier to the roof bars. The frame clamp folds flat when not in use for less wind noise and it can be used on Thule T-track bars as well as square bars.
